Dr. Fronczak is the founder and Medical Director of Modern Urology Colorado. She is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Her expertise covers urologic conditions affecting both men and women. Dr. Fronczak delivers compassionate, evidence-based care and provides advanced, highly effective urologic treatments. Dr. Fronczak is a Colorado native who attended Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic school and graduated from Fairview High School. She earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from Wellesley College in Massachusetts, majoring in Biology and Economics. She completed a Master of Science in Public Health at the University of Colorado, earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and finished her general surgery and urologic surgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Dr. Fronczak is a dedicated runner and triathlete, competing in multiple half marathons and triathlons annually, and will complete her 5th IronMan 70.3 in June 2025.
