About

Modern Urology Colorado

Our Mission

Modern Urology Colorado was founded on a core belief that lasting urologic health starts with understanding why a problem exists, not simply treating what is happening on the surface. Dr. Fronczak and her team work to identify the root cause of every patient’s urologic condition, then build a care plan focused on both solving the current problem and preventing it from returning.

This mission shapes everything the practice does. Every patient is treated as an individual with a unique medical history, lifestyle, and set of goals. Care is customized rather than standardized. Treatment begins with conservative options before surgical intervention is recommended, because many urologic conditions respond well to non-invasive approaches when they are properly diagnosed and managed early.

Modern Urology is committed to providing the highest quality, up-to-date medical care backed by current clinical evidence. Follow-up is timely and thorough. Patients are never left wondering what comes next. Dr. Fronczak and her team stay in close communication throughout every stage of treatment, and they educate patients on their condition, their body, and their options so that patients share in the decision-making process with confidence.

Dr. Fronczak has invested in high-end technology in order to offer patients a comfortable and relaxing experience for their office visit and their procedures.

Our Facility, Technology, and Patient Comfort

Modern Urology operates out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility at Indian Peaks Medical Center in Frederick, CO. Dr. Fronczak invested in high-end diagnostic and procedural technology to provide patients with the most advanced urologic care available in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

The practice performs a wide range of diagnostic evaluations and treatment procedures in the office, including cystoscopy, bladder and prostate biopsies, fusion prostate biopsies, urodynamic testing, ultrasound imaging of the kidney, bladder, and prostate, and much more. Having these capabilities in one location means faster answers and fewer trips to outside facilities.

For patients who feel anxious about procedures, Modern Urology offers nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and in-office light anesthesia for all procedures. This patient comfort focus is unusual in urology, and patients consistently say it makes a meaningful difference in their experience.

Modern Urology is affiliated with Saint Anthony North and UC Health Broomfield, which means patients have access to hospital-level surgical resources when needed while still receiving their primary urologic care in the privacy and comfort of an independent practice.

Why Patients Choose Modern Urology

Patients choose Modern Urology because the practice offers something that large corporate urology groups cannot: genuine continuity of care from a single board-certified urologist who knows your name, your history, and your goals. At Modern Urology, Dr. Fronczak is the urologist you see at every visit.

Independently Owned and Operated

Modern Urology is proudly independent. The practice is not owned by a hospital system, private equity group, or corporate network. That independence means every clinical decision is made based on what is best for the patient, not what fits a corporate protocol or profit target. It means shorter wait times, responsive communication, and a staff that knows each patient personally. When you call Modern Urology, real people answer. When you have a question between visits, you get a timely response.

Conservative Treatment Before Surgery

Dr. Fronczak believes that surgery should be the last option explored, not the first one recommended. Many urologic conditions can be effectively managed with medication, behavioral strategies, or minimally invasive in-office procedures. Modern Urology’s approach is to exhaust conservative treatment options before recommending surgical intervention. Patients appreciate this philosophy because it respects their time, their comfort, and their desire to avoid unnecessary procedures.

A Urologist for Both Men and Women

Modern Urology treats the full spectrum of urologic conditions in both men and women. From prostate concerns and kidney stones to bladder leakage, pelvic pain, and recurrent urinary tract infections, Dr. Fronczak provides expert care regardless of gender. Many patients, especially women, do not realize that a urologist can help with their symptoms. Modern Urology welcomes everyone.

The providers at Modern Urology team up with our patients.  We listen, we include our patients in the decision-making process, and we educate them on their condition.  This approach leads to finding the root cause of the urologic problem and success at preventing future urologic problems.

We understand that many patients do not want, nor need surgery.  The providers at Modern Urology will approach our patient’s urologic problems with conservative treatment options before recommending surgical procedures, as appropriate.

Modern Urology offers the most advanced evaluation and treatment options.  From using the highest quality diagnostic equipment to offering nitrous oxide for anxious patients, we provide superior urologic care in a relaxed pleasant environment.
